Drug companies want to sell their "products". My wife and I were watching a show on TV last night and there was a 3 to 1 ratio of drug to other commercials. Convincing people that using their products makes life better is marketing 101. I am becoming more and more convinced that there are very few beneficial medicines. I also believe there is a sinister aspect to the "marketing" of drugs and vaccines, whether it's Prep, covid or for any other other malady. Drugs not only affect a person physically, but can also affect their mental and emotional states, meaning harm to the brain. This makes a person docile, passive, less able to be creative, think criticality, in other words, more easily controlled, exactly what drug companies want, governments want, maybe enemies of the west want, a population that won't fight back.

To me "awareness" and "willingness to use" suggest they are covertly mocking us, as in "have we done sufficient marketing to persuade you to willingly take our poison even though it has no benefit and will likely harm you?"

Do you not get the sense of a modern kind of Western conquest on 'less civilized' people going on here with pushing prep on African countries? "we're here to protect you and enlighten you with our Western ways and medicines'. That's the part that kind of jumps out at me.
