I’ll stick to fasting, exercise, and attempts at healthy eating to maintain my personal wellness, thank you very much. The pharmaceutical industrial medical technocracy can go right back to the hellhole from which it emerged.

Oof. Truvada has been touted as a “safe” drug for Long COVID, under the assumption that the virus continues to replicate in the gut, brain, and thymus. I was on it for a couple of years but went off because I thought it was causing chronic diarrhea and insomnia. I didn’t connect crumbling teeth, because that is also a symptom of Long and/or acute COVID. Unfortunately going off Truvada did not help what I had hoped, but reading this I’m glad to be off.

I feel conflicted “liking” comments like this because I don’t like what has happened to you. If you don’t mind my asking, were you prescribed Truvada for long covid? I know it’s being prescribed off label a lot.

I requested to be put on it for Long COVID based on the research I saw regarding replicating viral persistence. My PCP wasn’t happy about it and was greatly relieved when I stopped taking it.

There were at least 600 comments between the two ads I copied these from. I quit grabbing comments after a while because it was just more of the 'my teeth and bones and kidneys are messed up'. I was disgusted by the comments that were like, "well, you shouldn't complain because these drugs kept you alive". And that's the big lie in all of this.

The idea that the positive test is a death sentence is the necessary "demand generation" phase of the drugs' marketing. A tremendous fear campaign, real "augmented reality game" stuff.

A doctor said it to me in discussing the science behind it all. Essentially, it's the consumers demanding medication that runs the show. Other consequences be damned, at least it's saving my life from the bloodborne boogeyman.

When I saw the title I thought Truvada was a brand of stevia. Since we use stevia I thought I should read the post. As it turns out I was thinking of Truvia, a stevia brand. I won't be using Truvada for any reason though. Thanks for the post.

Truvada Toothless? I've never had strong teeth. I was getting the old mercury fillings from the time I was about 6 (middle '60s). My dubious record number of cavities in one checkup was 27 (mid-70s)

2009 I had my 1st 4 teeth out (top front). 2010 I began getting pyrhea, and teeth rotting under crowns tho I flossed and used a waterpik & Sonic care toothbrush.

Went into hospital December 25th 2010 with a variety of life-threatening disease/infections. Given a 3-day to 2-week prognosis. Enjoyed a 6-month stay in the day spa and rest-cure otherwise no one has palliative care during which time I stopped brushing, had a nose feeder ...all the options🙀😹 ...and the remainder of my teeth removed ...which, given the positive contribution to my dating life I wish I'd had them taken out when I was 14.

My spine is another matter. I start physiotherapy for posture reclamation this month. I think a lot of it was caused by the spawn of Satan called the cell phone and my predilection to compulsively stand & while writing endless epistles; enough to make a tome. An example FIVE HOURS non-stop until my nose is almost touching my left knee. So how much of my spinal curvature is due to trivada and how much is due to bad habits I cannot say.
