The story behind the first public detransitioner
This post was originally published in March 2024. I’m reposting it today because this issue is coming under scrutiny yet again.
This is not directly AIDS related, but I think the HIV AIDS ideology and the transgender ideology are inextricably linked, and I plan to explore this further. To that end, I present to you this clip of Dr. Miriam Grossman explaining the origins of this movement to Dr. Jordan Peterson. Also, if you’ve heard the story of the transgender twin study involving Bruce/David and Brian Reimer, she explains this very well. Even some gender critical people in the media don’t seem to get what actually happened to these twins, and the catastrophic implications of that occurrence.
I’d encourage you to watch this video, but if you really don’t want to and have any questions, I’m happy to reply to them in the comments. This issue is important to me; I’ll engage with anyone who is willing to be civil.

I’ve heard stories about the transgender twin, but I had no idea that this was all the result of a botched circumcision. The twins were born with a condition known as phimosis, an abnormality of the urethra, and his doctors recommended circumcision. However, David’s circumcision went horribly wrong and basically destroyed his penis. (Brian was, understandably, not circumcised after this had occurred, and his phimosis eventually resolved.) That’s pretty wild, and also tragic. It almost sounds as if this family was somehow cursed, if that’s possible to do.
What is not covered in this clip can be found on David Reimer’s Wikipedia page, and this video explains it as well. Briefly, what happened was that after the botched circumcision, the parents came across the burgeoning theory, advanced by Dr. John Money, that gender and sex were completely separate, and that it would be possible to raise a boy as a girl or vice versa, so long as the transition process began early enough—before about the age of 2.5. The parents apparently felt that this was their only option, so they moved forward and began to work with Dr. Money to transition David. This case is in some sense an eerie foreshadowing of the tragic case of Jazz Jennings that continues to unfold before our eyes.
The original plan with the twins, as advised by Dr. Money, was to never, ever tell David (who had been renamed Brenda) that he had been transitioned as an infant. However, he had consistently exhibited masculine characteristics throughout childhood, including a preference for standing to urinate. At the age of 13, when he expressed that he had also been experiencing suicidal ideation—which had been largely induced by Dr. Money’s bizarre “treatment” of David and his twin—his parents chose to tell him the truth. At the age of about 14, David decided to return to living as a male—making him the first highly public detransitioner. Tragically, David died of suicide at the age of 38. It’s interesting that the trans rights activists like to pretend that this story never happened.
There is also a lot of information to be gleaned from this conversation regarding the corruption of modern medicine, which is absolutely essential to the purpose of this substack. Again, I strongly urge you to watch this (it’s only 20 minutes and it is WORTH IT) and let me know what you think.
Why does this not surprise me in the slightest that this family was in CANADA? Canada is not in a good place now, and hasn’t been for some time. At a time when many countries are pulling back on these treatments for children, the U.S. and Canada are ramping them up, despite the fact that hormone replacement therapy, just to begin with, is known to have numerous life-shortening consequences (HRT isn’t even often recommended for menopausal women anymore due to the risk of cancer), and that doesn’t touch the surgeries, which have very high complication rates and many of which need (sometimes multiple) revisions, and often fail in catastrophic ways. And some of the surgeries being offered are truly strange and disturbing—what is the reason for this; the psychic reason, if you will? A facility named Align Surgical at one point offered genital “nullification,” although that option has since been removed from their drop-down menu. Proof that it existed can be found here. If you think I’m just covering this topic for no reason, I can assure you that is not the case. As I mentioned, I think there is a connected agenda behind the HIV AIDS story and the transgender agenda, but I can’t quite pin down exactly what this entails, other than the clear shared goal of destroying the gay community. There are too many similarities—“retention in care” involving damaging drugs (and worse) being paramount to both, as well as both being what appear to be coordinated attacks on the gay community, as I just said but that bears repeating—for this to be a coincidence. But further than that, there is something very sinister happening here. I don’t think this is just your standard “this generation is so much more depraved than we were!” This goes down to literally inverting reality and redefining words, and furthermore, to attempt to completely modify humanity in ways it was never, ever meant to be messed with. This is almost something more than “playing God,” and if I were more clever I could articulate it better, but this ideology seems to have in mind the ultimate, complete end game of total control of every individual. “HIV” was a huge stepping stone on the path to that destination, and Covid furthered it. You know I still struggle somewhat with this entire topic. On the one hand, I've listened to enough detransitioner stories, listened to Jordan Peterson's interviews on the top and also listened to interviews with Dr. Grossman. My thinking has really evolved on transgender issues over the past year because of it. But I also had the opportunity to hang out a bit with someone I follow on youtube several weeks ago, a person I've followed on youtube for years. She's a transgender woman who has a travel channel. She's one of those people who you wouldn't necessarily look at and say 'transgender', but moreso than that, apart from a small mention in the footnotes of her videos, she never talks about it, she's a completely grounded and sensible person, her content is never about anything transgender, certainly not the kind of whacky stuff that appears on Tiktok. She's a complete contrast to people like Dylan Mulvany who are caricatures of real women and are frankly both an embarrassment to the LGBT community and to just people in general. Mulvaney is exactly the kind of people that I don't want to have anything to do with and who are damaging to LGB people.
And this is where I struggle still. I'm fully against transitioning children, full stop. That's easy and a no brainer. I totally see this practice as a gay conversion therapy and an abuse of children. I struggle a bit because adult transgender people are in a sense a different set of issues. When I watch this travel channel I mentioned, and I have met her in person several times, I think, here's a person I wouldn't want discriminated against because they seem like a well adjusted, happy person in life who isn't trying to force anything on people. This is where I think things have gone completely off the rails, as the Dylan Mulvaneys and nutty tiktop transgender influencers, and men claiming to be 'transgender women' after they've slapped a little makeup on and demand to be in women's spaces. Or the male Canadian shop teacher who wears Z-sized breast prosthetics in school and claims to be a transgender woman.
This is where I struggle, it's the transgender people who seem to be the quiet, not trying to make statements people who seem like decent people.
I have used the Reimer case as a point in some of my posts because you are correct it is important. As are AIDs and HIV... As I mention in my last post, Reimer most wanted to end intersex surgeries on babies.

Forces worked hard to prevent discourse and intersex babies remain game today across the US. CA leads the way in attempting to halt them but all the while they are one of the most egregious states for child 'gender' medicine. They are a sanctuary state for what should be criminal activity.
As a side note the first so-called 'non-binary' person Jamie Shupe just committed suicide. He was all over the news when he attained his 'non-binary' status.

The suicide rate of those that have transitioned is high. This has been known for decades. I suspect this will only go higher as so-called transitioning is permitted at younger and younger ages.
As for 'non-binary' and 'nullification' surgeries, they are happening many places. My next post will touch on this world of anything goes.
