As you say, wildly inadequate. Plus a denial of guilt. How about 100 times that amount plus an admission of guilt. Closer to actual in-kind compensation.
I can't help to wonder how we get to the stories of these people harmed by PrEP. There seems to be a kind of media blackout on reporting injuries. The only message one hears is, these drugs have a very low side effect profile.
