What do we think of this blatant propaganda?
Video that purports to be “live action” of “HIV” infecting a cell is making the rounds on X
The following video, published six years ago, in its description claims that “A team of French researchers succeeded in filming the process of the HIV virus infecting a healthy cell” and it has been circulating on X by several users in response to the potential RFK appointment in the next administration, claiming that this somehow “proves” the HIV AIDS story to be true. Here is the tweet linked, from user @Chief Georgist Shill on X (emphasis mine):
Don’t forget, RFK Jr doesn’t believe that HIV causes AIDS, but that’s it’s a “passenger virus” Why is this such an insane conspiracy? Well Because we actually have literal video of HIV causing AIDS These people are anti science https://unaids.org/en/resources/presscentre/featurestories/2018/may/hiv-transmission-film
Really? This video so far has just over 100k views—you’d think that if some team of researchers had successfully managed to capture on video [how?—Ed.] “HIV” infecting a healthy cell, views would be in the billions, as this has never been done before and has not appeared in the scientific literature. The video is less than a minute long, and it generates far more questions than answers. It certainly doesn’t show “HIV” causing AIDS in any way, shape, or form.
Obviously, the biggest question mark here is what they are actually filming and where they found it. They claim it is “HIV”, but there is no evidence that is the case—it could be anything. Assuming the particle they allege to be “HIV” actually is “HIV” (which the researchers provide no proof of whatsoever), how would this say anything about the causation of AIDS? The most it can prove is that a particle appears to have entered a cell. Who knows what it is? It could be anything. If anyone can locate the scientific literature supporting that this video really shows what it purports to show, please send it to me & prove me wrong, at least with respect to the video’s veracity. (It still proves no connection at all between “HIV” and AIDS, even in the best case scenario. I’m repeating this for a reason.)
There are more problems with this video, though, to the point that one cannot possibly believe that this is what they say it is. As alluded to in the previous paragraph, we have the question: how did they manage to get video of an electron micrograph when no electron micrographs of isolated “HIV” particles have yet to be published? What are they actually filming? It could be anything.
Also, the particles are the wrong size. They ought to be orders of magnitude smaller relative to the cell size than this video depicts them to be. I’m sure you can probably find even more problems with this 40 second video.
The comments are extremely funny, especially the ones in foreign languages (I’ve posted the translated versions). Apparently, not everyone is buying this, which brings me joy. A few:
A virus will never have amoebic behavior...but that's it...they finally have the vaccine, it has finally come out...along with the SARS vaccine...a great step for humanity. [sarcasm alert]
Faker than NASA!
the most false thing in history
FAKER THAN MY GRANDMA'S FALSE DENTURES. AND WITH THAT MUSIC... EVEN WORSE
bullshit is being pushed.
The fact that this kind of video is even remotely convincing to the laptop class indicates that we are far more brainwashed, as a society, than I’d even imagined. If this is the best they have—if this is their “gotcha”—then no fucking wonder they refuse to engage with those of us with the facts on our side and the ability to totally demolish their arguments.
What do you think of this video? How is this managing to convince anyone of anything? These people circulating the video on X must truly be gullible fools to imagine this video proves a thing.
The size issue caught my attention also when I looked at the measurement bar. I left a comment on the video on Twitter/X, "I have a picture of Santa Clause being pulled by reindeer. Must be real. Same for the picture of bigfoot I've seen posted on Twitter/X. "
They (those beholden to the HIV narrative) have no shame, do they? As with all things in our postmodern world, it's all about pushing a narrative, even when the narrative has no objective material "truth." Because that's postmodernism. It's all about "claiming your truth," even when we talk about medical conditions, even if said truth has no relationship to objective material reality at all.
