Truvada Side Effects—from Truvada users

A brief examination of the PrEP enthusiasts of Reddit

Ordinarily, I stay away from Reddit, but it turns out to be a treasure trove of stories from users complaining about Truvada’s side effects. We’ve spent some time discussing the lawsuits on Truvada, but have heard few stories of actual patients. To that end, I’ve compiled a selection of “Truvada disaster stories,” from Reddit, easily found with a simple web search. There are a lot more where these came from, but in the interest of length I have selected four. One important note to make is that almost every user making the original post in block quotes is taking Truvada for PrEP. Most of these people are not “HIV” positive.
