Please refer to the following tweet:
Not only does it demand that my book be burned, they even make absurd demands such as: “Simon & Schuster create a public health working group to assure community members that this will not happen again.”
I reply as follows.
This book does not deny the AIDS epidemic; it argues that the real AIDS epidemic is substantially larger than that of HIV AIDS.
It argues that HIV is provably neither the necessary nor the sufficient cause of AIDS.
It shows that AIDS medicine has an ugly underbelly of denying informed consent to patients regarding the potential harm of the medications they are encouraged to take for a lifetime. It does not state that AIDS patients should not be allowed to access medical care at their discretion.
Here are just a sampling of the flagrant examples of the lack of giving informed consent to patients — and, in reality, to the public at large — that these book burners don’t want you to know about:
The misrepresentation and unreliability of the diagnostic tests used
Forcing AZT on pregnant women and children against their will
The Truvada disaster and attempts to erase information about it from the public sphere
Putting healthy people on PrEP for life at great danger to their health
Having patients “retained in care” for a lifetime while their kidneys fail, their teeth fall out, and they need both hips replaced, and are told (and believe) that it’s a good thing because they’re “undetectable.”
The continual gaslighting of non HIV AIDS patients into believing that they aren’t seriously ill despite being demonstrably so
Who is the real threat to public health?
It is a plea to return informed consent to the patients where it belongs.
The Real AIDS Epidemic available here.
Like to know if I can buy the book anywhere else. I refuse to use Amazon.
I note that Simon and Schuster pulled the book from its website:
