Okay, so it seems the HIV AIDS pushers are so desperate to get “drugs into bodies” that they’re suggesting people administer their “long acting PrEP” at home and not at a medical provider’s. I’m curious as to how this works; PrEP prescription is dependent on regular testing for “HIV” antibodies; if patients are self-administering PrEP, are they being screened at all? I’m so torn on this—the libertarian in me is fully in favor of decriminalizing all drugs and removing the need for prescription from most, because the medical establishment and doctors are completely corrupt. However, this seems a blatant attempt to sell PrEP, because people aren’t buying. Apparently.
Here’s the article:
Home Administration of Long-Acting HIV Therapy is Safe, Effective
This is confusing to me; apparently patients store the medication in their refrigerator and wait for a “licensed healthcare professional” to administer it:
The investigators coordinated care with pharmacies, which mailed the medication to patients. Patients stored the medication in the refrigerator until visited by their licensed practical nurse, who administered the medication, and oftentimes, the same nurse administered ART to the same patients, which contributed to high satisfaction due to continuity of care.
Check out the following—“we were inspired” to try to think of new ways to push drugs into bodies. That’s what they’re saying. It’s all so tiresome. No wonder the average individual doesn’t care about the HIV AIDS scandal; it’s all just the same talking points over and over again, and if you pay any attention to it, none of it makes sense. Most people would prefer not to pay attention to it.
“This project was designed at the time that injectable treatment for HIV infection received approval, and so we were inspired to try to think of new ways for the persons we care for to be able to access it,” Eric Meissner, MD, PhD, an associate professor in the College of Medicine, said in a news release.1 “For some people who struggle with daily pill medications for HIV, there have been studies showing that the injectable treatment does improve adherence and clinical outcomes.”
Improving adherence, retention in care—those are the words we need to pay attention to. And apparently, they’re so desperate to retain patients in care that they’re willing to outsource medical testing to patients at home. As I said, I’m so torn on this.
What say you?
This really does indicate how desperate they are, but I don't really see it actually increasing compliance or "retention in care". Whether someone has to go to a clinic every few months for a shot, or arrange to have a nurse come to your home to give it to you, many will surely fall off the wagon. And if their life is so chaotic they can't reliably take daily pills, then who's to say they'll reliably keep their injection medicine in the refrigerator, or even have a working refrigerator, or keep it from spilling all over the refrigerator along with yesterday's leftover soup?
This has been coming for a while. Fauci reported before Covid that he wanted people do download a computer code vaccine, 3d print it on your printer, and administer it to yourself with a needle-patch. This will be well accepted. Most if not all vaccine cultists inject themselves with poison, just like a heroin addict.
