I’m not ordinarily too terribly affected by events in far away lands — I am pretty decent at compartmentalization; if I wasn’t, I’d be incapable of action, given the particular personality I’ve been granted — but I can’t state any objectivity for the recent events that have been unfolding across the world. The term “gutted” seems appropriate. I will be back soon, but for the time being I hope that we can all agree that if ever there was a time to stand back and reassess and see each other AS HUMAN BEINGS, now is that time. Treat all of humanity as the image bearer of the divine. Those familiar with yoga (of which I’m an avid practitioner, in the interest of full disclosure) know that the term “namaste” means “the divine in me bows to the divine in you.” That’s a powerful benediction.

Thanks for sharing Rebecca. I'm feeling the same ...affected...
It is like a tipping point is being reached demanding our attention...
But so many view some modes of killing as ok, whilst in same breath accuse others of barbarism.
It is all barbarism, the madness of lower emotions/lack of self-accountability let rip (whether slashing with a sword or unleashing a missle)
[Does it not help understanding if seen as a demon possession?...and let us remember mind control through frequencies is a thing..it was seemingly used to cause humans to massacre each other in Rwanda]
Nothing is as it seems....but the aim by the controllers IS always to make ordinary people go at each others throats. (worth listening to this.... https://iceni.substack.com/p/spartacast-13?utm_campaign=email-post&r=o9w64&utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email#details )
Sadly, so few, [those un-ensnared by a particular sense of (tribal) identity, and their grief, and thrust for revenge] can say NO.
Most are unable to step back and see the broader picture... of the powers-that-be fomenting their deadly mischief and total indifference to suffering...and with gleeful bonus...achieving their aspect of de-population.
In our hearts where is the moral high ground? "AS HUMAN BEINGS"...which in essence ...is loving eh.
And we can hate someone's behaviour, and get upset by the carnage they create, and empathise with those traumatised and under assault..... but can we blame any human as actual perpetrator?...as then we will not "treat all of humanity as the image bearer of the divine".
The concept of invasive demons (including the fact that human minds/actions are now very susceptible to manipulation and control by technology) I find very useful to consider so as to neutralise my 'hot' emotions bubbling, so as to try not condemn other humans...
Are they acting harmfully of their own will, or being subsumed by other little, large, or massively forceful entities?.... thus cut off from any semblance of their divinity.
Does any human REALLY, deep down, (if totally sensitised and de-programmed) FEEL OK to maim and kill?... whether face to face, or with push of a button or trigger?
All in all...all humans are being asked to have SERIOUS SELF-REFLECTION as to who we are, and where in the world we are....and to be going... for now it looks like further towards hell in a hand basket if we dont prioritise to get our thoughts, feelings and actions aligned in more of a divine manner!
I don't think anyone with an ounce of decency is not affected by the tragedy in Israel. When human life is given no value, this is the result.
